With so many different aspects to electrician work, it is only natural to have a lot of questions. Let us help!

01. Are all your electricians licensed?

All of our electricians are licensed and highly trained. We also employ apprentices. Our apprentices work side by side with our licensed electricians, learning the trade for 9000 hours before they can write to become a certified electrician.

02. Where are you located and what areas do you service?

We are located on 1730 Hall Ave, Windsor, Ontario. We not only service Windsor/Essex County, but we also service communities as far north as London, Ontario!

03. Do you provide warranty for electrical work?

Yes! We provide a manufacturer's warranty and a 30 day warranty on our labour for the same repair.

04. Why should I use a Master Electrician?

A Master Electrician is trained to deliver professional, safe, and reliable service at the highest standard. Master Electricians must partake in ongoing training throughout their careers to ensure that they continue to be at the forefront of their trade.

05. Do you install digital signs?

Yes! We install digital signs as well as advertising signs through Intense Media. We also do LED lighting.

06. Do you safely dispose of fluorescent  lighting?

Absolutely.

Safety, along with our impact on the environment, are two values we always uphold.

07. When should I have an electrical safety check?

It is recommended that you have an electrical inspection carried out if any of the following scenarios apply to you:

  • You are purchasing a property that has been previously occupied.

  • Your property is more than 25 years old.

  • If it has been more than 5 years since one has last been conducted of the property.

  • If your property contains any on-site equipment and you feel concerned about how said equipment may have been installed.
08. How does your savings program work?

We walk you through four simple steps that will ultimately lead you to a more energy-efficient business.

  • STEP 1) We assess your business by quickly evaluating your lighting and other potential electricity-saving possibilities.

  • STEP 2) We Identify electricity-saving opportunities by pinpointing where and how your business can become more energy efficient, mainly through upgrades in lighting and other simple retrofits.

  • STEP 3) We review your options and take you through the full list of recommendations.

  • STEP 4) We then finally install and upgrade the recommendations with your approval and at your convenience, of course.
09. What if you find other electrical issues during your visit?

On occasion, we may find other electrical issues that our clients weren’t aware of. In most cases, with your authorization, we are able to provide you with a price and then address any other electrical problems we have found within the same visit. If the issues we have found are extensive, we will book an additional visit(s) around the client's schedule.

11. Do you offer apprenticeships?

Yes we do! We regularly have apprentice positions available. In fact our owner, Rob Paglia, is a professor at Saint Clair college, where most of our past apprentices have hailed from. Please contact us for further information! (519) 250-6247.

12. What methods of payment do you take?

We accept credit card and debit payments at our office, but we can also accept credit card payments over the phone for your convenience. Other accepted payment methods include e-transfer, cheque, and cash. You can call our office to discuss these options further at (519) 250-6247.
